Apprenticeships

Enterprise Engineering Services operates a modern apprenticeship scheme to develop the next generation of engineers. Lasting three to four years, the scheme provides invaluable experience and on-the-job training. We currently have ten apprentices, and it is our aim that those who start on our apprenticeship scheme stay with us and go on to become full staff members.

We recruit most of our apprentices directly from two centres: ITCA Training and Tullos Training. All apprentices initially undergo a three-month evaluation period, during which time we make sure that the trainee and the company are a good match.

If you are interested in learning more about our apprenticeship scheme, please contact us.
